Working closely with kids and patients in pain, Jeniva is driven by the joy of helping them move, heal, and reclaim their sense of self. With the $500, she will create a one-day "Play & Move" rehabilitation camp, transforming therapy into a joyful experience. She'll invest in therapy balls, resistance bands, locally made standing frames, and mats, along with creating Swahili home-exercise cards for parents. Jeniva will set up play-based therapy stations and provide free physiotherapy assessments, while also training parents and caregivers to extend the exercises at home. By volunteer training, she’ll ensure ongoing support. In rural areas where disabled children are often overlooked, these stimulating, playful therapies will offer a new path to independence and confidence.
