Anne Marie is helping her grandchildren celebrate the teachers who give their time. Tailah (15) and Aidan (13) wanted to recognise the teachers at their school who run after-school clubs - giving up their time so students can take part in fun, free activities. So, with their grandmother’s support, they’ve come up with a plan to surprise five of these teachers with a small party to say thank you. Using the $500, they’ll organise a moment of appreciation that acknowledges the impact these teachers have beyond the classroom - turning everyday generosity into something seen, felt, and celebrated.
