As a mom of four and a powerhouse within her PTO at a small Title I K–8 school in Red Rock, Arizona, Nicole’s life revolves around making magic happen for her kids and their peers. She’s passionate about flipping the script on generosity—having seen it come their way, she now wants students to feel the power of paying it forward. With the $500 grant, Nicole will entrust the students to pinpoint needs around them and devise creative ways to pay kindness forward. Whether it's crafting care packages for seniors, arranging a surprise lunch for the custodial staff, creating comfort kits for children in crisis, or imagining something only kids could conjure, the possibilities are endless. Each act will be chronicled on a giant “Where Did $500 Go?” map at the school, amplifying the impact of one grant into a cascade of goodwill. Nicole’s vision is for students to learn that generosity is not just received—it's created, and maybe, just maybe, the ripple won’t end with them.
