As Director of a youth-led community organisation in Zimbabwe, Jussa is creating a simple but powerful feedback loop at a busy clinic in Mutare. With $500, he is setting up a “Youth Listening Desk” run by trained volunteers, inviting patients to share their experiences and turning those voices into weekly summaries for clinic staff and health officials. By offering water, a place to be heard, and a visible act of care, this project transforms everyday feedback into trust, accountability and better care for the whole community.
