Known as the Ginger Bearded Welshman from Pwllheli, Aled is a former Welsh Guards soldier, martial arts coach, and author who's deeply passionate about encouraging resilience and positivity through his Keep Smiling brand. He swims daily in the icy sea, a testament to his commitment to consistency and growth. With $500, Aled will travel through different communities in Wales, distributing free Keep Smiling baseball caps and signed copies of his book, which delves into his experiences with mental health and resilience. He'll document this journey on TikTok to inspire others to spread kindness. For Aled, it's all about giving back and reminding people of the power behind a simple smile in tough times.
