With a passion for storytelling across theatre and visual arts, Seeley supports creators in authentically developing their characters and collaborating meaningfully to inspire audiences. With the $500, Seeley will design a workshop series aimed at encouraging protopian and solarpunk themes in creative writing, drawing from existing role-playing games to inspire new, hopeful scenarios. The sessions will engage local residents, with participants practicing exercises that connect them to community resources for tangible civic empowerment. Through these workshops, Seeley aims to counter overwhelming dystopian narratives by nurturing hope, creativity, and collaboration—helping nearly 60 participants envision and work towards a better future.
