A community builder and ardent gardener, Savannah's commitment to creating a village-like atmosphere in her neighborhood stems from her love of collaboration and connection. With the $500, Savannah will purchase a propane generator, ensuring that critical needs like her neighbor's husband's CPAP machine stay powered during outages caused by high winds and wildfires. She plans to use the generator as a focal point for a neighborhood gathering, teaching everyone how to access its power and identifying those who might need immediate assistance in an emergency. Savannah's initiative sparks resilience and togetherness, truly lighting up their shared community spirit.
