She runs a marketing business and facilitates creative workshops, deeply passionate about mental wellbeing. Having experienced postnatal illness herself, Beth understands the profound disorientation it can cause. With the $500, Beth will create 50 clay kits for mothers at the Mother and Baby Unit at Bethlem Royal Hospital. Each kit includes safe, simple tools and printed prompts, offering a quiet, tactile way to calm a restless mind. Inside sealed Kraft bags, these kits bear no branding, just a soft message of presence and support. Any extra kits will be shared with Mindful Mums, adding anonymous kindness to their sessions. In the chaos of new motherhood and mental illness, Beth believes in the quiet power of clay to bring a moment of calm to those who need it most.
