As a SEN PE teacher and father to an autistic, non-verbal son, Steven understands the importance of creating inclusive and meaningful physical activities for children who are often left out of traditional PE settings. With the $500, he plans to purchase sensory and adapted movement equipment to build an interactive, Christmas-themed experience at SEND Fest. This isn't just about one event, though. Steven will use the equipment to create a series of free resources and videos, offering families and schools innovative ways to engage with each child’s unique needs. It's about fostering inclusion and joy in movement, both now and into the future.
