A passionate youth leader, Amara holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and has empowered 250 women through community projects. She knows firsthand how empowering knowledge can transform lives. With the $500, Amara will organize a Fire Guardians Day of Kindness for 25 students at Nyapui Secondary School of Excellent, which recently faced devastating fires. The day will include hands-on training with local firefighters, resilience-building sessions, and the creation of Fire Guardians Ambassadors who will share life-saving skills with peers and family. Ten fire extinguishers will also be purchased for strategic school placement. This initiative not only rebuilds confidence in young women but also sparks a ripple effect: from learning, to leading, to protecting future scientists and engineers.
