Freddie is giving support to those left behind by suicide. After losing his son Dan, Freddie founded Life After Dan to help people navigating the immediate and long-term impact of suicide loss - an area he found deeply under-supported. Alongside running a small business and studying later in life, he has created a book that brings together guidance, signposting and a gentle, guided writing process to help people make sense of their grief. He is using the $500 to print and distribute over 200 copies for free, ensuring families can access this support from day one. A deeply personal act of generosity, offering understanding, companionship and a reminder that no one has to face this journey alone.
